Becoming Your Best Self: The Five Ways to Write Yourself There

Do you long to let your creativity blossom? Do you sometimes feel stuck or wish you could make sense of your own story? Discover the joy of expressing yourself with pen and paper. Writing is free, can be done anytime, anyplace and has profound effects on physical and mental wellbeing.

This workshop introduce five effective ways to develop writing practices which enhance well-being and encourage participants to re-examine their own life story.  The workshop focuses on the practice of writing and enables participants to incorporate writing practice in their life.

Linking writing with psychology in exercises that will fire your pen to action, author of Writing for Wellbeing, Patricia McAdoo, will introduce you to ways to write your own story and have fun at the same time.

This is a six week course on Wednesdays from 7.30p.m to 9.00 pm starting on Wednesday 30th September to 4th November.
